ABSTRACT
The 2022 conference of the Polish Society of Andrology was held in the center of Poznań, Poland. It abounded with both original independent papers and heated discussions on contentious issues related to the practical aspect of the diagnosis and treatment of hypogonadism. The following paragraphs outline the most interesting reports and conclusions from each session.
