20-th International Vasculitis and ANCA Workshop took place in Dublin on 3-6 April 2022. It was the largest international congress focused on systemic vasculitis. During this event the results of the newest clinical trials were presented by the representatives of major, specialized international centers. The main event was preceded by the series of lectures dedicated for the patients who were represented by the patient’s associations such as Vasculitis International and Vasculitis Foundation. The main lectures were focused on new, biologic therapies of vasculitis of various caliber. The results of the clinical trials regarding agents which mode of action is associated with C5a blockade were presented. The summary of all parts of MAINRITSAN study was also discussed during the congress. This study was concerned on maintenance therapy with rituximab in ANCA associated vasculitis (AAV). The remaining lectures were concentrated on biologic therapies monitoring, complications of therapy AAV in elderly patients, clinical course of ANCA negative vasculitides.
