ABSTRACT
Erectile dysfunction is a common sexual disorder among men. The complexity of its aetiology, problems with therapeutic efficacy and convenience prompt the search for new solutions that could improve the existing treatment approaches. The article presents a set of innovative surgical, physiotherapeutic and pharmacological solutions for erecqtile dysfunctions, including stem cell therapy, platelet-rich plasma therapy, low energy shock wave therapy, as well as pharmacological innovations using amorphous solid dispersions of phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors.
