ABSTRACT
The paper presents the case of a 42‑years‑old female suffering from Leśniewski‑Crohn’s and celiac disease with parenteral complications: aphtous ulcers, recurrent aphthous stomatitis, cholelithiasis, autoimmune hepatitis and immediate‑type allergy to house dust mites with symptoms of asthma, rhinitis, conjunctivitis and allergic chronic, angioneurotic edema of upper lip. The patient was also diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and had a complication after immunosuppression therapy in form of pulmonary fibrosis.
