ABSTRACT
In this article, we present a case report of a 50 year-old patient with forehead oedema, who was admitted during emergency duty to Otorhinolaryngology Clinic. Based on clinical presentation and diagnostic imaging, he was initially diagnosed with Pott’s puffy tumour. Conservative treatment was performed with slight improvement. The patient was qualified to remove the forehead lesion and to send tissue specimens from the right nasal cavity for histopathological examination. A diffuse large B-cell lymphoma was diagnosed based on histopathological findings, and therefore he was referred to fu rther diagnosis and haematological treatment.
