ABSTRACT
In many cases of hematopoietic and lymphatic system diseases, stem cell transplantation may be the most effective method of medical treatment. The presented studies included thirty‑one patients treated in the Hematology Department and the Bone Marrow Transplantation Center (OPS) at the Central Clinical Hospital of the Military Institute of Medicine in Warsaw in 2018 and2019. The research was carried out individually using a questionnaire prepared for this purpose. It was carried out twice: on admission to the Center and before leaving the hospital.
