Anti-plagiarism policy
All scientific manuscripts submitted to the editorial office of Lekarz Wojskowy are screened using the plagiarism detection system iThenticate, available through the Similarity Check service provided by Crossref.
The system analyzes the similarity of a submitted manuscript to previously published scholarly articles and other content available on the internet. For each submission, a similarity report is generated indicating potential matches and the extent to which the manuscript overlaps with existing publications.
If the similarity score indicated in the report exceeds 25%, the manuscript is subject to an additional individual assessment by the editorial team. If significant overlap or other irregularities are identified, the manuscript is returned to the author for revision before it proceeds to the next stage of the editorial and peer-review process.
