ABSTRACT
The paper presents a case of brain abscess with intraventricular rupture, of atypical clinical picture without correlation with the radiographic image. Clinical course of the disease and treatment methods were presented. Brain abscess CT and MRI features, including spectroscopy and diffusion weighted imaging were discussed.
